About Event School of Agriculture going to conduct a workshop on Vermicomposting from 27/11/2023 to 02/12/2023. This is a certificate workshop aims to create subject-matter and manual knowledge on vermicomposting and to popularize its advantageous for organic farming. It thoroughly describes and infuse the theory and practical knowledge on subject. The learner will get enriched with knowledge and experience on vermicomposting. This workshop will educate participants about the process of composting using worms, emphasizing its environmental benefits, waste reduction and the production of nutrient-rich soil for sustainable gardening. Participants often learn practical techniques and gain hands-on training to promote eco-friendly practices.
AIM of the Events 1. To learn about organic waste recycling.
2. To gain practical knowledge about vermicomposting.
3. To encourage students for starting and managing their own business in field of agriculture.
4. To enhance students’ knowledge about basic practices used for preparation of vermicompost.
5. To provide detail hands-on training on vermicomposting.
