M.Sc. in Environmental Studies is a two-year full-time postgraduate program in which students can specialize in various fields such as Chemistry, Biology Conservation, and Ecology. The programme deals with the socio-economic, scientific, technical, and policy-based problems in the realm of environment and resource management. Program Specific Objectives (PSO's)

PSO-1 Develop in-depth knowledge and a coherent grasp of environmental processes, concepts, and phenomena, as well as associated abilities.
PSO-2 Analytical skills development and use of statistical methodologies, ICT, and instrumentation techniques for environmental analysis and scientific data compilation.
PSO-3 Ability to plan and implement environmental initiatives, create scientific reports, improve research and communication abilities, and participate in environmental management.
PSO-4 Ability to use scientific knowledge and experimental skill-based environmental plans and procedures to tackle pollution problems and promote long-term development.
PSO-5  The ability to build a solid foundation that will allow students to pursue research in frontline areas of Environmental Sciences, as well as careers in teaching, research and development, and government and public service.
