Understanding student and Leading self

The Topic of the two days’ workshop is “Understanding student and Leading self”. The target audience for the program will be the HODs and Deans of the schools under Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University.
 
The vision of this Train the Trainer workshop is to create multiple drivers by connecting “Faculty Leaders” as a catalyst, for developing each
student, as a “leader” and to be “placement ready”.

These Trainers would also be the catalyst in department training, to build in an individual student centric approach through implementation
of One student One career at a time concept.

• To understand self as a faculty – leader.
•  Applying ownership & self-accountability
• Developing strategy for making the student accountable, towards Career planning
• To develop trainers for subject training, at the Departmental level
• To shortlist trainers for Orientation program
