Profile
  • Negotiate salaries with candidates and pay rates with subcontracting companies to close the
  •  Submit the profile of the candidate to team lead for approval
  •  Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and requirements
  • Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position
  • Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level
  • Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
  • Search resumes in various available job portals or social media tools like LinkedIn to find the right talent
  • Understanding of the job markets, tax terms, culture, proactive sourcing strategies for US market.
  • Understanding recruitment cycle for North America market for Full time and Contractual roles.
  • Shift Time: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST / 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST (night shift) || Monday to Friday.
  • Ensure process adherence at all levels of recruiting and follow recruitment life cycle steps.
  • Act as first Point-of-Contact for consultants and maintain relationship with consultant
  • Ensure appropriate paperwork is completed for placement
  • Arrange for the client interviews and possible offer of employment
