| About Event | Bhartiya Bhasha Divas is an initiative of the Government of India to celebrate its diversity. On this day as we celebrate the various languages of India, it is the birth anniversary of Mahakavi Subramania Bharti who was an Indian writer, poet, journalist, Indian, independence activist and social reformer from Tamil Nadu. His birth anniversary was chosen to celebrate the day as he was considered as a bridge between North and South. Observing his Jayanti as Bhartiya Bhasha Utsav day once again strengthen the national unity. As suggested by the National Education Policy- 2020, students in the country will be encouraged to participate in a fun project / activity on Indian languages. | |||||||||||||
